Hi there, I’m Cassie and I’m the founder of Ryca Fitness!
I’m a personal trainer with a special focus on fitness for pregnancy and postpartum, but I’m also a mom of 2 boys, and a clinical oncology pharmacist.
The name Ryca comes from my boys, Ryan and Callan, who are my biggest inspiration. I want to be the best mom to them and that means prioritizing my health, fitness, mobility, and nutrition so that I can show up for myself and for them with positive energy every day, and lead my family by example, living a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable for the long term and doesn’t depend on fleeting periods of motivation.
My programs are for those in any stage of motherhood. Even though I specialize in perinatal fitness, this is all applicable lifelong, whether you’re trying to conceive or 10+ years postpartum. With Ryca Fitness we are training to develop strong, mobile, and independent bodies at home or in the gym, with a special focus and awareness on the core and pelvic floor for pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum recovery, and lifelong fitness.
